Fitness Challenge - August 18th
Good Morning!
I didn't sleep enough last night, only 5 hours and I need to hit the gym this morning because I have WLS support group tonight as well as getting my 6 month blood drawn at the lab.
I don't like exercising when I'm tired because it's easier to get hurt. plus I'm pressed for time so that I'm not late for work.
So I'm going to keep it light. Here's my plan:
20 minutes on the tread
10 minutes on the eliptical
200 crunches and stretches
30 minute walk at lunchtime
What's your plan for this Hump Day?

I don't turn 60 until October 6th so I still have time to think about it. At this point I probably won't want to spend money on a dress that may not fit in a few months, so I just might wait until I hit goal and they really go all out! :)

I plan on walking 2, if not 3 miles tonight - at a fast clip. We'll see if I get energetic enough to let it develop into a trot....

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Lee - it was 3 miles! It was a combo fast walk/run today. Since I haven't been exercising for a LONG time I didn't want to overdo it. I will plan on increasing my running amounts each time. I hope the weather keeps cooperating - its been gorgeous!
