The scales are moving slowly.  I think I've lost 3 lbs since starting it, and I met my 1st goal yesterday for pre-surgery weight loss.  I havent really been hungry and have gotten over the lightheaded, tired, headachey stuff.  I do look very forward to the evening meal for sure.  The only real "cheat" I have done is to maybe have more veggies that I was suppose to, like 1 1/2 c instead of 1 but there aren't many calories there.
We have a weekly diet class with all who are scheduled for surgery and on the Optifast and it is very nice to have support from all of them as well as ya'll.

B: fage yogurt + blackberries  15g
L: 2oz turkey pastrami/lettuce wrap   15g
S: 1/2 protein bar                                    13g
D: chicken fajita meat & veggies without the tortila       18g

85g protein
around 1000 calories

Awesome job Lin!!!!  

I love the meat and vegetables they make for fajitas!!!  It is always so tender.  Chili's is my favorite.  I usually order the steak and chicken and bring 1/2 of it home.
