You need to get a ticker!  It's exciting to watch it move down.

Sounds great!

I'm hoping things start slowing down for me so we can have a little time to talk.

DD#2 and baby are doing fine.  The sonar and all of the cultures turned out good.  It was confirmed yesterday by the doctor that DD#3 had a miscarriage.  So we are rejoicing with one and trying to comfort the other.  My DH's friend died in his sleep so yesterday he had to deal with the whole funeral thing and that is so upsetting for him.  Then tomorrow my Mom is having a biopsy on her thyroid glands.    AREN'T YOU GLAD YOU ASKED.....LOL   This has been one of the worst weeks I have had in a long time.  I can't wait for it to be over!!!!!!

On a good note: we took all of the grandchildren to the park this evening to ride their bikes and do the slides and swings.  I even got on the oldest ones bike and the DH swang on the swings.  The older 2 thought it was hysterical and couldn't wait to tell their mom.LOL

What does Spaghetti Squash taste like?  How do you fix yours?

its a really good low cal low carb pasta substitute .  If U make Ur sauce a little thicker to compensate for the sligh****eriness  ( i like to bake mine to avoid that and THEN scoop it out afterward - the squash falls into spaghetti like strips naturally )   the spaghetti sauce takes sauce amazingly well , is very filling ,  and looks just like spaghetti on the plate .

Another really cool version along the same lines is to substitute very thinly sliced zucchini toasted on both sides in a pammed pan and folded over itself for papardelle .  This is beautiful ( with red sauce ) as say a base for shake and baked chicken breast  covered with redsauce and  fat free mozzarell ( parmesan chicken )
