Half Way to the weekend...didn't I just write that a couple of days ago??

Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

 hI Roz!!  hows Ur Daughter and grandbaby ?  

B- protein shake ( two scooupfuls , 200 calories 35 grams protein , zero carbs ) in tea 

one cup of ground up homegrown  kale florets ( and baby leaves ) in borscht

s - shake and baked homegrown squash 

id like to get out and exercise ...have a lot of business too ....

Well we are rejoicing for DD#2 who I spent the day at the hospital with on Monday because her and the baby are doing fine, but saddened because DD#3's doctor confirmed that she had a miscarriage.  We thought she did but it is still hard when you hear it from the doctor.  This has been an emotional week and I can't wait for it to be over.

Thanks for asking.

I think next summer I'm going to plant a small garden.  We used to have a huge one but when I went back to work it was just easier to buy what I needed at the store.

 the carbyest of days ....

- popcorn air popped  plain - maybe 2 cups unpopped total - thats a LOT of corn !!  

frangelico in milk two tall glasses ( dont ask ....but im havinga REAL HARDTIME working .....i think i need therapy ! ) 

D - tuna and mostly hardboiled egg white salad with fat free mayonnaise ( 7 eggs white , 2 egg yolks and 2 cans of solid white tuna  plus 1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise fortwo people)    , 

sliced heirloom tomato 

sliced avocado 

no bread!!   

one skinny cow ice cream sandwich 

one margarita 

one small ff sf yogurt 

funny now that im reading this doesnt sound so bad ( except that im drinking my lunch lol ) 

I FELT like i was binging all day .....because i couldnt stop grazing on the shake and baked squash pieces and the popcorn .....

oh and a tiny bit of GReek salad   with solely high quality balsamic vinegar as a dressing .... 

and the piece de resisitance -  half a pot of organic homegrown baby kale pieces and flowering tops ( bitter veins discarded )  boiled in white borscht approx 3 cupfuls - allowed to cool and food processed into a yummy green mush .  This is how many vegetables are made and eaten in Europe ......where people LOVE to eat a whole bowlful of fresh veggies as a healthy tasty and fat free lunch ..... along with a small piece or two of meat.....

Hi Roz!  Its going to be a carby day.... and grazy day.. my restriction has waned....

B - 2 protein coffees
B2 - 1 biscuit w/gravy
S - atkins bar (wasn't even hungry, ate it anyway)
S - cashews
L - Greek Yogurt with added protein (1/2 scoop)
S - a piece of WASA bread
S - 1.5 scoop protein drink (making the lemon tea a little weaker - it tastes better to me)
D - IDK-  hamburg patty w/cheese and tomato - ate only half of it
S - some more of them damn cashews - why do I give in and buy them?

Vits:  I forgot them.  I wondered why I left the house earlier than normal today - ugh.  I may run home on my lunch and take them (I live 3miles away)  UPDATE:  went home at lunch and took them
Water:  I'll do good
Miles - planning on a 2-3 mile walk tonight - UPDATE:  3 mile walkrun

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I haven't been able to take a lunch time at work this week so I've just been eating while I work so even though I'm eating my planned menu, I feel like I'm grazing. 

Cashews are better than the handful of BQ chips I just had....LOL

 2 types of  essential oil supplements will GET RID of unwanted  fat cravings -  EVENING  PRIMROSE OIL ( omega 3 )  and FLAXSEED OIL ( omega 6 ) 

i used to have real issues with craving nuts and just food in general until i started taking these two in capsule form every day .  

Incidentally  they also help with repairing free radical damage and people keep asking me how my skin stays so line free ... considering how much time i spend in the  sun and my advanced age ....  its quite a compliment , especially when i factor in that they are really thinking my bofriend is robbing the cradle lol ( keep asking him how old i am )

Ya know - I don't think its so much the nut part of it, but the salt part of it.  If I buy a can of unsalted cashews I won't touch them.

I suppose I think eating the cashews with salt is better than the potato chips with salt... maybe I should just eat out of a salt shaker - lol.

I've always been a BIG salt eater.  If I can't see it on my food, there isn't enough on it...
