Basil, Ricotta, Parmasean Stuffed Tomatoes

Check out this recipe. I think it might be on of the most wls friendly ones I've found, with only 130 calories per serving, 5 grams of fat and 9 grams of protein. I love them and they  can be eaten at any meal

 and if ya make em with fat free ricotta mixed with butter buds , fatfree mozzarell and a little white pepper ....  you can have TWO  for zero fat calories ..... and very few calories overall.....
