Six Months Today!
Jane, when it comes to being a slow loser, I do an exceptional job of it. :) There have been several months when I've only let go of 3 or 4 pounds. Not even a pound a week. I call that S.L.O.W!
You'll probably want to work out more later on. I didn't do very much the first few months, then in month three I really started to pick it up after shedding only 3 pounds the second month.

Hi Lee,
Congratulations on doing such a fantastic job with your sleeve! I look forward to reading your posts and have been inspired by all your hard work and positive attitude. I look forward to joining you and all the other lightweights on the loser bench in just a couple of weeks. Each day I feel more positive about the surgery and reading your posts and others, I feel that I am doing the right thing.
Congratulations again. Noticed that you are down another pound. Yahoo!!!
