Non Scale Victories

I started with the FF/SF puddings and added lite cool whip to them - they are slider foods.  Then more cool whip - it has got to go!!

I need to change my night time snack to some type of protein that will fill me up.  I might try my Melba toast w/ laughing cow cheese.

My advise is to not start it - it is a lot hard to stop once you have started.
