Menus and Miles Tuesday Aug. 17th
Hi Roz ! Got going late am a bit sore....note to self, don't over do the work out!.......anyway got in those vitamins and a shake. Lowered the size of the shake to 1 1/2 scoops for a total of 30g. Feel great but have a bit of a runny nose still. Raining here so kind of a lazy day. Got the brush pile burnt yesterday so no worries about it starting back up. Am a bit late as I was at the Cardinals website all morning ...geeez... Looking at lunch choices so I must get along... Ses ya all in a bit......
Hey folks, I been doing laundry and straightening up a bit, did some dishes, cleaned all the trash out of my sons apt. Down stairs and then took out all the household refuse. Had a Stoffers turkey& dressing with mashed taters. For supper it was a ham sandwich and I didn't do too bad with it. Took me about an hour to eat it ....had some grapes as well. Drinking a shake right now and getting ready for bed. So Good Night My Friends......Jeff

Roz, so relieved to read your update. Hopefully the meds and some rest will put things back on the right track for your dd and baby. So glad you were there to be with her! Sometimes, a girl just needs her momma around! So grateful I still have mine to call and talk with or hold my hand!

10:00 Egg McMuffin (18g)
1:00 1/4 c brown rice, roast beef tips in sauce and steamed carrots (20g)
3:00 Greek yogurt (13g)
5:00 Fuzzy Naval protein shake (30g)
7:00 Dinner-- chicken something (25g)

I also have an ice coffee in the morning with sugar free creamer and a decaf ice coffee in the afternoon with sugar free creamer. I miss my iced lattes.

Getting more protein in. Tried the deli flat from pepperidge farm. I think I like my turkey in a lettuce wrap better. I also like having the protein coffee in the evening.
