S - atkins bar
L - Bologna sandwich (WOW - was I surprised how many calories are in a slice of bologna - I put 2 slices of bologna and 2 slices of cheese, with my bread - I have a 400-450 calorie sandwich - ouch!)
S - protein drink (made my Nectar Lemon Tea a little less strong - I'll see how I like it)
S - I was BAD - went to machine and got a bag of chips
D - a tomato, and a small cup of blueberries in milk
Vits: yep
Water: I'll do good - brought some with me.
Miles: Zumba and a mile walk

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Hi Roz & LW's ~ Roz, I am so thankful that things calmed down a bit for you and will continue to pray for a healthy pregnancy for your DD :)
I have a doctor's appt this afternoon and only partially packed some food. So, here's what I have so far and will fill in the rest later.
B - 1 hard boiled egg (6g & 70 cal) and 1/2 ostrich teryaki stick (7g & 40 cal)
S - 4 oz cottage cheese (14g & 80 cal) topped with fresh strawberries
L - probably the asian salad at Applebees (will only eat 1/2 of course) unsure of cal or prot count
S - quaker chewy protein bar (5g & 110 cal) & other 1/2 ostrich stick (7g & 40 cal)
S - protein drink (35g & 180 cal)
D - 3 oz pulled center loin pork roast (18g & 108 cal) w/bbq sauce and sliced pickles. Uh, YUM...
Protein: 92 g w/o lunch total
Calories: 628 w/o lunch total
Vitamins: on track :)
Water: first pint down...goal is to hit 96 oz...at minimum
Miles: dunno yet

S: 3 Whole Wheat Melba Crackers, 1 wedge Laughing Cow Queso Cheese
D: Lettuce sandwich w/ deli roast beef, chicken & ham, 1 slice reduced fat Pepperjack cheese
S: 1 cup cantaloupe
