Hi Lee!!  1 hour of Zumba then came home and walked a mile fast.  Man - Zumba kicked my butt - could I tell I have been a couch potato (plus the mirror showed it too)...

So - I'm going to get more active.  If I don't get outside, I'll buy myself a gym membership.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Jody,  an hour of Zumba plus a fast mile!  Now that's how to get back in the game!  I bet you'll feel terrific if you get moving more than the last couple of weeks.  You always talk about how much you like your Zumba classes.   I'm hoping to try one this fall to see if I can keep up!
