Fitness Challenge - August 17th
Good Morning!
It's only 57 degrees here this morning, so I figure it's a good day for a 3 mile walk on the way to work.
Here's my plan
Morning - walk 3 miles
Evening - walk 15 minutes home
Gym
20 minutes treadmill at 3.5 - 4.0
20 minutes eliptical
weights 200 crunches
I should be exhausted by then.
What's your plan for moving today?

I just got done working out. Stayed up too late, so I couldn't get moving early this morning. I waiting till DDs were up to watch DS.

10 min walk
25 minutes arm weights, crunches, push ups, plank
It's really nice here too, I am mad that I didn't go run outside this morning when I had the chance.

I'm ahead of schedule and have gotten 4 walks in this morning. WooHoo!
