Menus and Miles Monday Aug. 16th
Well friends I have done well today ...I think.... Had my vitamins and a shake this morning. Then Sandy and I went to the center to work out for an hour.....stretching, weights and 30min bike ride. After met our friend Jerry and went to Village Inn ...a kind of Denny's type place..... I had a cheese omelet,2 link sausages, mixed fruit and a strawberry crepe with a little water. Bought some kerosene to burn a brush pile....I live outside the city......that finished I made dinner of hamburger Helper chili-Mac in which I put mushrooms and chili beans. Also heated up sliced beets. My son was home and is not working tonight so he ate with us and then off to Omaha with friends. Nice to see him for 15min! Well see ya later maybe if not hope you all have a nice night.......

2 multis, 1500 mg calcium, iron, b12, skipping d3 today since I've been in the sun so much lately.
