I found out last night that my DD#3 who is 4 months pregnant has been bleeding and this morning  when she woke up there was quite a bit of blood.  Her Dr. isn't in today so we are  to go to the emergency room in about an hour.  I'll update later.

Roz, I will be keeping your family in my thoughts and prayers today - I sure hope they are both okay.

Last night I tried Eggfaces recipe for “Suck it up shrimp" it was so tasty and delicious. Here is the link to the recipe if anyone is interested http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2009/04/suck- it-up-shrimp.html My husband and 3 yr old daughter enjoyed it too! We made a green salad w/ veggies & feta cheese to have with it. My tummy was so happy last night – I will definitely be making these again!   RNY 10 months out

woke up late after driving home late last night...
my systems are  NOT in synch today!
B:  ate some granola / trail mix - not really hungary and focued at all.
L:   green salad with "fajita" chicken added.  (25g)
S:   Fuzzy Naval protein (30g)
S:   Greek Yogurt (15g)
D:  potroast & steamed fresh carrots  (25g)
S:   Chocolate protein shake (30g)

Protein total  125g
vitamins - on track

I'm having the same thing as yesterday.  One thing I am learning is to get used to leftovers, since I can never finish anything.

Breakfast - Egg Beaters with low fat cheese

Lunch - 1/2 cup Turkey Chili with low fat cheese

Dinner - 3 oz Pot Roast

Snack - Muscle Milk Choc Lite

According to Fitday this is about 680 calories and almost 80 grams of protein.

Yesterday I had a full day without any nausea so I think I am getting better.  I hate the Muscle Milk but I bought 2 packs on sale so I need to use them up.
