Alcohol and bad carbs. Usually tortilla chips. So - I stay away from tortilla chips - LOL.
Last night I had some tortilla chips and sipped a baileys (didn't drink much of it) and when I fell asleep on the couch. Now - I had only 5 hours of sleep the previous 2 nights so that was most of it. I went to go to bed and was noticing I was feeling a little "off" - drank a glass of milk and felt better.

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
