Went to the gym today. I already went school shopping for my girls...I am so poor now. Ireally wanted a pair of these kick ass heels. They are gonna have to wait till next payday.

I need to get those carbs out of my life, but I just can't stop eating the salty stuff. Not much of it, but I don't like that I want it every day.

8 mile huge hill hike. Took 3 hours. Climbed over 1,000 ft. My legs are toast.
VITS/WATER
It's all good.
I don't know what to tell you about the carbs except you can get away with it early out but eventually it catches up to you and by then most people have added even more into their menu because they did get away with it.
