Another week almost over...way to fast!!! I've read that some of your schools are starting soon and that seems so impossible. Summer can't be coming to an end.....Ours starts on the 26th. I just asked to come in late that day so I can go to the bus stop with DGD #2 because she is starting kindergarten. DGD #1 is going to be in 5th....it just dosen't seem possible.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

It is always such a good feeling when its friday and no work for the next two days! Yeah! Here is what I am eating today:
B: Protein Decaf Coffee (25 g)
L: Cottage Cheese & Fruit Cup (7 g)
S: Carbmaster Yogurt (12 g)
D: Eating some of husband's meal at Red Lobster - probably some crab, shrimp or scallops & vegetable
Roz, where do you get your Chocolate calcium chews? And the mexican soup I ended up having the other night turned out well. I ordered the "cup" and it was a chicken broth, shredded chicken, scallions on top and a small dalop of sour cream - had very minimal spices. I tolerated it well.
I buy them from Vitalady.com. They are really good and they give me my chocolat fix during the day. I take 2 Citrcal Citrates (petite) in the morning and then 4 chews during the day.
