two protein chai teas - 200 calories 35 grams protein
b- vegan pepperoni vegan sausage patties and fat free mozzarell melted together .. pizza wiithout the crust or sauce lol GOOD !! ALLL PROTEIN whoohoo ( well kinda the vegan stuff is actually soy )

one small whole wheat toast with homemde plum jam half cup no sweetener just fruit
one skinny cow ice ceam sandwich i didnt even want
coleslaw with zero calorie russian dressing
small piece of candied ginger
gonna make a protein coffee now
oh .. lunch was smokedsalmon roled with green onion fat free cream cheese

25 backwrads bending pushups ( now THATS HARD !! )
20 pullups
one and a half hour hot yoga class 8 pm
yep its a JOCKEYS life ...... Ima RIDE this Hoss if it kills me LOL ( and it just MIGHT ! old bat that I am ..... LOL) well, at least im having FUN ....and no real pressure yet so its all good ....
