Hi Roz & everyone.
I'm having a heavy carb and low protein day today.  I'll have to fix this when I get home tonight.
B:  1/2 cup Kashi Honey Oat Cereal, 1/4 cup Hood Milk
S:  2 - Decaf Coffees
L:  Small Wendy's Chili
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  3 Melba Wheat Crackers, 1 wedge Laughing Cow Queso Cheese
D:  ??
S:  ??
Totals through afternoon snacks:
Calories: 630, Carbs 62, Fat 27, Protein 52

Vitamins:  Morning done
Water:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  None

Somehow this week without my daughter around (she's at camp this week!) is going tooo quickly and  I'm not getting  my list of  "to do while she's gone" items tackled as quickly as I had hoped!  Most important is to gleen stuffed animals out and away before she gets home so they don't get dragged back into the house again!  That's tonights goal!

Today's plan:
(protein coffee  - 30g)
B:  eggs and 1 piece bacon  & small cup of fruit (16g) 
L:  sirloin & chopped veggies  lettuce wraps (Thursday's special at work!) (21g)
S:  cottage cheese & fruit  (13g)
      Fuzzy Naval protein drink (30g)
D:  grilled chicken ka-bob with veggies  (33g)

I remember cleaning out stuff animals.  I put them in the attic because I didn't have the heart to get rid of them.  I bet they are still there, but I wouldn't be surprised if a mouse used them for nest making....LOL

Okay, I'm an idiot. Chinese buffet is not for RNY patients. I just threw away my money to make my kid happy. Anyway, all it did was make me feel yuck-o. I think the only other thing I'll add today is a protein shake just to get that number up.

My DD's wanted to get Chinese after church one Sunday and since my DH won't eat stuff like that we both sat there with our plates pretty empty.  It was definitely a waste of money.

Hey Roz!  How is everyone today?

I'm working the afternoon shift.  I have tomorrow off - YEA!  I have a telecon from 6-9 pm.. may need to go get an iced coffee to make it through... then I have to stay after that and observe some operations.

B - 2 protein coffees, a regular coffee
L - grilled cheese and tomato sandwich on whole wheat bread
S - Quest protein bar (this is one that someone had a link to get some free samples - got mine in the mail today!)  I had the Vanilla Almond Crunch - pretty good.  20g protein, 2 sugars, no sugar alcohols.  19g carbs, but says only 4 after the fiber which is 15g.  Didn't make me feel yucky
S - double mango protein drink
D - 2 protein bars, 2 wasa flatbreads - man - do I have gas now!! LOL
Vits - yep
Water:  doing ok

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.
