D: Roast (the house is going to smell heavenly when I get home) and 1 TBS potatoes

I feel like doggy poop today from the inside out so I am going to try to be gentle on the princess pouch today. Soft foods and such is what I plan...I am not going to worry about totals today as long as I can get my vitamins and protein drinks in today.
b - oatmeal (very small amount)
s - protein drink
l - wendy's chili?? or something else very soft and smooth
s - protein drink
d - ??
s - protein drink
nothing else planned today other than limp through work and get my butt home to rest. maybe i can bail early today but we'll have to see about that...

Good Morning Roz and Lightweights! Going to the college today, and have another school to call and set an appointment with. Also have been doing well with the night time workouts, since I couldn't do an hour earlier in the morning. Here's todays menu:
B: 1 scoop GNC w/coffee
S: 1 scoop GNC w/water
L: 2oz pre-cooked chicken breast cubes
S: 1/2 C 1% cottage cheese
D: 1oz ground turkey, .5oz whole grain pasta, 1/4 C spag. sauce
S: Carbmaster yogurt
Cal: 618, Fat: 11, Carb: 33, Prot: 97
Vitamins: Done, Water: 4 cups so far
Exercise: 45 minutes treadmill, 30 minutes weights & floor (7pm)

I went to the community college yesterday to look into a couple of classes for the Spring semester, all of the sudden I was registered full time for fall. But it was too late to get financial aid papers, so I would have to pay up front and get reimbursed later...I was just getting ready to post an update on the board.

Good day everyone! It's a perfect day outside, I wish I did not have to work and was independently wealthy!
Last night instead of a planned protein shake I had a little more than 1/2 cup of strawberry frozen yogurt, but it was yummy, and felt good on my still a little sore throat and best of all still fit into my allotted cals, carbs and protein counts. So I am okay with that on occasion.

L: Chutney Chicken salad on 1/2 Flatout Honey Wheat Wrap, a few bbq soy crisps
S: Peach / Pure Protein Bar
D: 3 oz meatballs in sauce, 1/2 cup mixed greens, feta chz, chopped pecans, low cal salad dressing
Calories: 1264
Carbs: 88
Protein: 97

Good Morning Roz! Stayed in bed yesterday but did have my vitamins and two shakes. Tried eating a few things but didn't sit well. I have in my morning vitamins and a shake. Still feel punk but my throat is better but my nose is running like a faucet. Taking generic Claritin today but not the heavy stuff. I do feel hungry but I don't know if it will settle just yet. Gonna give it a try though. Hope to check in later...........Hey all had some veggie soup and cantaloupe for lunch. Took a benedryl to dry up the nose. Drank a shake for a snack and ate two ears of sweet corn. Am at a doctors office as Sandy is not feeling well most likely a UTI. Probably make Spanish rice for supper. Or maybe eat out while we are here in Omaha. Ok see ya later........ Ok we ate at KFC and I had a leg with potatoes and gravy and a bite of Cole slaw. Still have a thigh to eat and the slaw. Oh and ate a ice cream sandwich at Walgreens when we picked up Sandy's UTI anti-biotics. .....lol.....I look at this day and think to myself , man you don't eat nothing compared to what used to go down the hatch!
