Day 6 post RNY - first meltdown
You are normal! I remember feeling the same way. You can do what you can do. I bought the book Weight loss surgery for Dummies. It was a good guide for me. I still turn to it. Don't be so hard on yourself. Have you tried sugar free popscicles? I lived off them early on. Protein is important but so is hydration. When I couldn't tolerate anything else popsicles were the answer. We have all been there. This is the first of many little break downs. You can do this we are all here for help. We lived through this and you will too. It is worth it I promise!
