Menus and Miles Wed. Aug. 11th
I don't even have mush left - when I lay on my back I could probably be a boy now!! If I ever have any money that might be the one area I would get enhanced....(Never thought I would say that).
B - 2 protein coffees - Yup, broke down and went to Vitamin World and bought some - had a $5 coupon for there. I like their Chocolate (isolate) - dark choloately - yummmm Same price/size tub as the Nectars.
L - something my son made and left in the fridge - mystery lunch!! had pasta and big chunks of chicken - was actually pretty good
S - I want to go to McD's and get a SF iced coffee - in the mood for one of them
S - double protein mango drink
D - IDK - but will include zucchini and maybe red/yellow/green peppers...
Vits: forgot them - will get them later
Water: doing well

So now I try to have at least 1 serving of complex carbs per day. I find the protein oatmeal a really good way to start the day and a wasa cracker or half a low carb tortilla will satisfy my carb cravings.

Probably could have quit this last one (BP) a couple of months ago, but due to stress at work, Dr felt best to continue for a bit...
Today's plan:

B: "egg mcmuffin" 18g
L: Green tossed salad with BBQ chicken chunks/black beans - (25g)
S: Fuzzy Naval protein drink (30g)
S: cottage cheese & fruit cup (13g)
D: we're having dinner at church tonight- not sure what's on the menu yet.
S: frozen greek yogurt & Protein smoothie (25g)
protein target: 111g plus dinner
vitamins - on track
fluids - on track
Day 5 of Optifast. 4 shakes, one soup and dinner which will be steak, asparagus and a peach.
