Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

I was so proud of myself yesterday for having my entire food packaged ready for the day today...who am I?? lol
B - 1/2 cup cottage cheese & blueberries (13g & 90 cal)
S - Protein shake (36g & 175 cal)
L - 3 oz chicken breast w/shredded cabbage w/lf asian dressing (11g & 130 cal)
S - Protein shake (36g & 175 cal)
S - cheese stick (8g & 60 cal) & cherry tomatoes
D - Italian Sausage w/marinara sauce (17g & 160 cal)
Protein: 121 g
Calories: 790
Vitamins: Morning batch done (day 4 being on track...whoo hoo)
Water: 16oz down so far with a goal of 96oz :)
Miles: um, I will really try to get into it today. I'll post updates later if I do something

I have too much to do for this week to be 1/2 over.
Here's the plan for today.
B: 1 slice turkey bacon, 1/4 cup egg beaters, .5 oz cheese
S: Decaf Coffee
L: 1/2 cup watermelon, Lettuce leaf, 1 tbls lite mayo, 1 slice red. fat pepperjack cheese, 3 slices ham/roast beef deli meat
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S: 3 Melba Wheat Crackers, 1 wedge Queso Laughing Cow Cheese
D: 3 ozs Garlic & Herb Pork, Spaghetti Squash Mac & Cheese, 1/4 cup green beans
S: Butterscotch pudding, 4 tbls lite cool whip
Calories 877, carbs 50, fat 49, protein 81
Vitamins: Morning done
Water: 40 ozs so far
Miles: None yet

I forgot I have a mamogram during lunch so I feel like I've really been thrown a curve ball. Thank goodness my Manager remembered.

I'm really enjoying my lettuce sandwiches this week. I'm almost out of the other things so I'll have to find something else later in the week.

Do you wrap the meat in lettuce instead of using bread or a wrap? I might just have to try that.
It is so embarrassing getting my mamogram since surgery. I hate for them to have to touch my mush.
