Is this the first you have tried Mexican since surgery? I hope you don't have any trouble with it.  Foods like that tasted extra strong to me early out.  Enjoy!!

Do you post on fitday.com or dailyplate.com?  It's good to keep track of your totals until you hit start maintaining. It will help you with maintenance.

thanks for the warning about the mexican food Roz!  Right now I am just manually tracking my protein.  NUT said if we get our protein goal in that we don't have to track calories?  Do you think its a good idea to track calories now?

I'm not Roz... but.. no, tracking calories at this point isn't important - BUT, you should think about starting to track your food on an online (or manual) program - whichever works best for you.  The earlier you get into the habit the better.

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

You probably don't have many calories to count, but it's a good idea to get in the habit.

Good morning everyone

I was so proud of myself yesterday for having my entire food packaged ready for the day today...who am I?? lol

B - 1/2 cup cottage cheese & blueberries (13g & 90 cal)
S - Protein shake (36g & 175 cal)
L - 3 oz chicken breast w/shredded cabbage w/lf asian dressing (11g & 130 cal)
S - Protein shake (36g & 175 cal)
S - cheese stick (8g & 60 cal) & cherry tomatoes
D - Italian Sausage w/marinara sauce (17g & 160 cal)

Protein: 121 g
Calories: 790

Vitamins: Morning batch done (day 4 being on track...whoo hoo)
Water: 16oz down so far with a goal of 96oz :)
Miles: um, I will really try to get into it today. I'll post updates later if I do something

That's it for today. We'll see if I can stay on plan :) it sure does feel great to have a full plan of action ready...HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE

This week I'm responsible for getting my DGS to day care.  I'm getting a little touch of how the Mom's with little ones manage getting ready for work in the morning.  Thank goodness I only have to do this for a week!!!

Hi Roz and everyone.
I have too much to do for this week to be 1/2 over.
Here's the plan for today.
B:  1 slice turkey bacon, 1/4 cup egg beaters, .5 oz cheese
S:  Decaf Coffee
L:  1/2 cup watermelon, Lettuce leaf, 1 tbls lite mayo, 1 slice red. fat pepperjack cheese, 3 slices ham/roast beef deli meat
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  3 Melba Wheat Crackers, 1 wedge Queso Laughing Cow Cheese
D:  3 ozs Garlic & Herb Pork, Spaghetti Squash Mac & Cheese, 1/4 cup green beans
S:  Butterscotch pudding, 4 tbls lite cool whip

Calories 877, carbs 50, fat 49, protein 81
Vitamins:  Morning done
Water:  40 ozs so far
Miles:  None yet

Did you just copy yesterday's menu...LOL??  It sounded good yesterday and still sounds good today!!

I forgot I have a mamogram during lunch so I feel like I've really been thrown a curve ball.  Thank goodness my Manager remembered.

I think I am actually eating the exact same thing I had yesterday!!  I didn't even realize it.  I am such a creature of habit and when I find something I like I just eat it over and over again.

I'm really enjoying my lettuce sandwiches this week.  I'm almost out of the other things so I'll have to find something else later in the week.

Hope your mammogram turns out ok.

Do you wrap the meat in lettuce instead of using bread or a wrap?  I might just have to try that. 

It is so embarrassing getting my mamogram since surgery.  I hate for them to have to touch my mush.
