1/2 Way to the Weekend....YEAH!!!!!!

Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Good morning Roz & everyone!  Oh, when I saw your msg about being 1/2 way to the weekend, it made me smile!  Feeling better today, back to work and eating food again.

Good Morning! Already ran all my errands for the day. I can't seem to get on the 4am schedule, so I am going to have to work on the evening work out schedule. I don't really wanna, I love the am workouts, but I will only have so much time before work. Here's my day:

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
S: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/water
L: 2 oz scallops
S: Carbmaster yogurt
D: 1/2 C whole grain chicken helper
S: 1 oz parmesan cheese chips

Cal: 685, Fat: 15, Carb: 28, Prot: 104
Water: 5.5 Cups so far, Vitamins: Done
Exercise: Will run 3.5 miles at 7pm (when the baby goes to bed)

Love the new Avie!  I can't imagine Loving to exercise at 5:00am....LOL But then,  I wasn't thin when I was your age.
