Me and the pouch made it!
I've always hated those things! The last time I had them they weren't too bad - I think it has a lot to do with how tight they put them on you to start with.

Oddly enough the ICU nurses were cool about it and as long as I did my walking they only made me wear them in bed but not when sitting in the chair. I get upstairs to what I called "general population" and although my surgeon had said I was done wearing them since I was walking I'd be lying if I said they didn't make me wear them in the bed AND in the chair. The one nurse had gotten the Lap-Band awhile back and so was trying to boss me around by what her guidelines were, they even tried to tell me I was getting a NSAID for pain.
I'm just glad I finally get to sit on the losers bench.
