This is the workout I did today
I used really light weights as today is only my 2nd day in the gym. My DD is going with me and my friend is guiding us in the proper form. I am DYING right now!!

Everything can be scaled though. I like it because it's different every day and because it's intense but short so you aren't giving a big time commitment like going on a 4 hour bike ride.

And on the days they tell you to bike for 10k, I'll start out by riding for an hour and try to go as far as I can. Then the days they say to run 5k I'll walk for an hour as well.
