Hi Roz,
Here's the plan for today.
B:  1 slice turkey bacon, 1/4 cup egg beaters, .5 oz cheese
S:  Decaf Coffee
L:  1/2 cup watermelon, Lettuce leaf w/ 3 slices deli ham, 3 slices deli roast beef, 1 slice Reduced Fat Pepperjack cheese, 1 tbls lite mayo and a little mustard 
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  2 Wheat Melba Toast Crackers, 1 wedge Queso Laughing Cow Lite Cheese
D:  3 oz garlic & herb pork, 1/2 cup green beans
S:  1/2 cup butterscotch pudding w/ 4 tbls lite cool whip

If all goes as planned - here are the totals
Calories 775, carbs 44, fat 43, Protein 75
Water:  40 ozs so far
Vitamins:  Morning done
Miles: Hopefully I will do something tonight!

What flavor is Queso?  I usually just buy the Lite Swiss. 

Have you made any Protein ice cream lately?  Have you cut back on the Protein drinks?  I need to cut back on my carbs.

It is like a Mexican cheese, I really like it.  I think it is called Queso & Chipolte(?).

I have not made any Protein Ice Cream lately.  I have cut back on my protein drinks.  I'm trying to change things up a little bit to try and get things going again. 

I know what you mean about carbs - I am trying to watch them and stay around 60 a day but still have enough to be healthy.  I'm going to have to add something else tonight because they are kind of low for today.

Hi guys,

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Breakfast - 2 protein coffees (30g)
2nd Breakfast - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (20g)
Elevenses - Atkins bar and peanuts
Luncheon -  out to eat - 1/2 bunless angus beef burger and a few fries
Afternoon tea - peanuts
Dinner - real NC BBQ and a few bites of cole slaw
Supper - CarbSmart ice cream bar?

MILES: walking (7,895 steps)

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
zinc & C: done
3 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done  
bedtime batch: pending

Well, I got up this morning at 5AM, which about an hour later than I usually get up...probably from the cold meds I took last night.

We took the baby out for a walk late yesterday afternoon after it cooled down and got caught in a rain shower coming back.  lol  Spotted several deer along the way and DIL took pictures because one of the fawns was with its mom and still had its spots.

Hello everyone, stepped on the scales this morning and was at - 40 lbs which puts me at 200 even. I am going to have a all out party when I reach 190. I say 190 because I want to make good and sure I am in ONEderland.



Today's eats:

B: 1-scrambled egg with cheese
S: oops.. missed it at 10:00 that egg was filling
L: 1/2 Tuna sandwich with whole wheat bread and grapes
S: Cheese cubes and Grapes
D: not really sure yet but I would love some shrimp.
