Here's the plan for today.
B: 1 slice turkey bacon, 1/4 cup egg beaters, .5 oz cheese
S: Decaf Coffee
L: 1/2 cup watermelon, Lettuce leaf w/ 3 slices deli ham, 3 slices deli roast beef, 1 slice Reduced Fat Pepperjack cheese, 1 tbls lite mayo and a little mustard
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S: 2 Wheat Melba Toast Crackers, 1 wedge Queso Laughing Cow Lite Cheese
D: 3 oz garlic & herb pork, 1/2 cup green beans
S: 1/2 cup butterscotch pudding w/ 4 tbls lite cool whip
If all goes as planned - here are the totals
Calories 775, carbs 44, fat 43, Protein 75
Water: 40 ozs so far
Vitamins: Morning done
Miles: Hopefully I will do something tonight!

I have not made any Protein Ice Cream lately. I have cut back on my protein drinks. I'm trying to change things up a little bit to try and get things going again.
I know what you mean about carbs - I am trying to watch them and stay around 60 a day but still have enough to be healthy. I'm going to have to add something else tonight because they are kind of low for today.
MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Breakfast - 2 protein coffees (30g)
2nd Breakfast - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (20g)
Elevenses - Atkins bar and peanuts
Luncheon - out to eat - 1/2 bunless angus beef burger and a few fries
Afternoon tea - peanuts
Dinner - real NC BBQ and a few bites of cole slaw
Supper - CarbSmart ice cream bar?
MILES: walking (7,895 steps)

We took the baby out for a walk late yesterday afternoon after it cooled down and got caught in a rain shower coming back. lol Spotted several deer along the way and DIL took pictures because one of the fawns was with its mom and still had its spots.
