Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

B - cheese stick  & 1/2 banana & 1/2 fiber bar (8g & 180 cal)
S - Ice quad Venti Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte...YUMMO (15g & 160 cal)
L - 2 tacos al carbon from el pollo loco without tortillas served on shredded lettuce & salsa
(18g & 154 cal)
S - 1/2 banana, SF pudding snack, and 1/2 fiber bar (4g & 190 cal)
D - 3oz chicken w/lettuce (12.5 g & 130 cal)
S - protein shake (24g & 117 cal)

protein: 81 total
calories: 936 total

vitamins: All done for the day :)
water: 96 oz down
miles: nothing :( ugh

Overall, not a bad day. I could have made better choices but as usual, didn't plan so it was all improv ~ BUT I did already pack my food for tomorrow and already know what I am having so...bring it on...tee hee
