Fitness Challenge - August 10th

Good Morning Moving Babeeees!

For those of you that get up ultra early to exercise, I'm in AWE of you!   I went to sleep after midnight and it was dark when I woke up at 6am.  I didn't want to get out of bed.  I guess I'll have to deal with the 5am wakeup when it's raining out and I want to do the gym in the morning before work.  Fall is definitely in the air, it hasn't been getting over 60something in weeks.  Good walking weather.

Today's plan for me:
Walk 3 miles to work
Walk 30 minutes at lunchtime
Walk 15 minutes home

Gym tonight. 
Eliptical - 20 minutes
Treadmill with 6 or 7 incline - 20 minutes
Rowing Maching 10-20 minutes

Weight machines
150 crunches and stretching

Big day for me in the gym.  I'm optimizing while Zach is home because I know I won't do this much along!

Wow, Lee -- you are hitting it hard today!

I am on a rest day from running. At lunch today, I plan to go to the gym and work on arms and abs. Then, I plan to do some hill walking tonight.
