Good Monday Morning!! My ramblings...
Good Morning my friends! I have my protein coffee, have shoved one kid out the door and working on getting the baby out the door. Hubbins had been on leave for the last two weeks and I got NOTHING done while he was home!! So this is my first week of no kids or hubby, I just might get something done....I hope.
I will live each day in the mindful present

Heres another "simple " , natural , OTC but very effective at least for me ... suggestion regarding the energy / weight loss /concentration issue .
Switching from coffee to TEA actually keeps 10- 15 lbs off because it speeds up Ur metabolism slightly ..... U stay "up "and active for many more hours without getting the coffee jitters or the insulin up anddown ( or the acid stomach ) and U drink a lot less calories from milk and sweeteners additives that coffee NEEDs and tea really doesnt .
The whole Chinese civilization runs on tea....and they have a very inventive , creative , extremely hardworking culture ..... just an idea .... but it sure works for me....
BTW I was parked outside a starbux yesterday and watched the people going in and out for a coffee fix- the vast majority of them were very much overweight .... HMMM.

I love love love my greean tea and macha. Depending on my mood and if I feel like grinding my tea...
I haven't found a way to make a good tasting protein green tea, unless I use the necter stuff. But then my peoples didn't add anything to their teas. LOL

I ran out of chocolate protein and won't allow myself to buy any others until the rest of what I have is GONE. Except for unflavored....
I have a Nectar tea with lemon and DON'T LIKE IT. I finally figured out why (since I LOVE tea) is because it tastes like SWEET tea with lemon - ugh. I like my tea el natural.... So, I have to decide if this gets put into the back of the cupboard or what I'm going to do with it. I thought I'd just buckle down and drink it anyway, but today it was like . If someone has a suggestion of a kind of crystal lite or something else to mix with it to make it good, let me know. I have a Peach Team crystal lite but its just TOO much tea...
