What a journey it has been! 100 lbs gone!
I hit the 100 lb loss milestone over the weekend. I feel like Im in a dream - 100 lbs in 5 months. I just cant wrap my head around that. I still have a few pounds to go and I WILL get there. I just had to share and thank all my cheerleaders who have been there over the last few months. I couldnt have done it without you. HUGS to all, Cindy

Thanks Jane I have no magical answer. Im a big fan of protein shakes. Truth be told, I would rather drink my protein than eat real food. I try to get between 80 - 100 grams of protein a day. I take my vitamins religiously. I drink a ton of water. I try to walk between 30-45 minutes a day and try to lift weights at least 3 days a week. I dont think I loose my weight like others do though. I tend to loose in "chunks" (no pun intended lol) I will bounce around between 2 numbers on my scale for a week or 2 then it suddenly drops 7 - 8 lbs real quick. Good luck on your journey Jane.
