Menus and Miles Monday Aug. 9th

 B= protein tea two scoops

Starbux  pita - chicken veggie combo  minus most of the bread   -200 calories 

              chicken salad sandwich innards from Starbux  without the bread ... so say 10 grams fat 

Lunch - selected bites o olive bead ( ate the olives left the bread ) 

       

Dinner - reasonable Chinese  buffet - ate watermelon, hot n sour soup , crab legs , marinated Mongolian beef .... thats pretty much it.   Im getting to be a real boring eater in these ... I eat my portion then help everybody else by getting things for them anddrink tea .   Im actually PROUD of how litle i eat ( so why am I GAINING weight ?!!!  ) 

a tiny bit of  seaweed coconut dessert and fresh coconut steamed roll

Late night snack -  more beef   ( i craved it  - what s THAT about ) -  decaf coffee with vanilla protein shake n frangelico n fatfree whipped cream....

I learned during all of those years at WW that I had to eat to lose weight.  Do you ever figure out your totals (not guessing) on fitday.com or dailyplate.com?
