Afternoon tea - pimento cheese on multi grain flat bread and cole slaw
Dinner - go out
Supper - CarbSmart ice cream bar?

Are we STILL talking about food here?  LOL...

Ok Roz - I HATE my Syntrax Lemon Tea... so, what can I put into it to make it taste better?  I realized WHY I don't like it - it tastes like SWEET TEA to me and I HATE sweet tea.  I like my tea naked and strong - with a little lemon is ok.... 

If I stick to my plan - I'll have a pretty good day....Ok - didn't stick to plan.  Had sushi held under my nose...

B - regular coffee
L - Lean Cuisine dinner and an atkins bar
S - double protein drink (lemon tea)..
D - 7 pieces of sushi roll
S - double protein drink (still have some strawberry kiwi I like)
S - Ok - I'll be upfront and honest, either a beer or glass of wine...

Water:  working on it

I put a stick of Crystal Lite Lemon Tea in mine and use 20 ozs of water and then add ice after it is mixed up real good.
This is my favorite, but I used to love sweet tea!!

I have some peach tea crystal lite and I've tried that before - but its just too much tea... and it made it even sweeter...

My son likes sweet tea and I told him he could have it for after his workouts. 

Time to go to Vitalady and order some more Fuzzy Naval and Red Grapefruit - yuuummm!!

Sometimes I put some twisted cherry in mine, but that's just when I'm running low...LOL  I love the Lemon Tea.  

Wish we lived close by because I have some Fuzzy Navel that I just can't get down and I'd trade you.

I've never had sushi.  Isn't it fish or something like that?  Is it the way it's cooked that's bad.  Oh, I'm thinking maybe it's raw fish...LOL

Some of it IS raw fish - yummm!  I know it sounds disgusting and I wouldn't touch it, but finally was persuaded to.  Of course I like some kinds (tuna and salmon) better than others (eel, etc)  But a lot of it is cooked too (rolls) - so there's something for everyone.

I had to dig into the Mango I bought a couple of months ago from Vitamin World for my protein drink today.  Its ok and I can get it down - otherwise all I have left is unflavored.  So - I guess I can go shopping now!

Here's my menu today.  I'm having to try hard to get my protein in without drinking the shakes.  I do miss my morning shake.  I do not feel as good eating as I do drinking for Breakfast.  I think tomorrow I will have my SF Choc Milk first for Breakfast.

B  Egg, 1 slice cheese, turkey bacon
S  SF Choc Milk w/ added milk pdwr
L 2 oz Grilled Chicken, 1 cup salad, 1 oz fage yogurt ranch dressing
S  Peach and Cheese stick
D 2 oz Pork Chop, 1/4 cup squash and onion
S SF Choc Milk w/ added milk pdwr

PROTEIN:  66
CALORIES:  710
CARBS:   58
