Menus and Miles Monday Aug. 9th
Good morning Roz ! Well I am up but not at 'em. Almost forgot vitamins till I started to log in here. Have my morning shake almost finished. thinking I should get to the "center" for a bit of exercise. I hope everyone has a wonderful day ...take care and see ya in a bit.....
Hey Buds, got to the center for about an hour. Came home to eat a hormel ready to eat turkey & dressing dinner. I find them just the right size but the dressing really fills me up fast, also had a tomato cored and peppered,drinking my green teas all day. We go out to coffee with another couple a lot and they like McD, so I ate 4 nuggets & a few fries with a tea. Went grocery shopping and spent quite a few dollars on fresh veggies and some other things as well. Had my evening vitamins and working on a shake. I have a appt. With my spinal cord doctor tomorrow afternoon. Get to tell him I am not taking the vicodin anymore and my spinal cord stimulator is working just fine! Might have a snack later I'm just not sure yet. I hope ya all had a great day!............

I don't know how you are getting away with fries, nuggets, and dressing,,,LOL It must be the DS because I don't think a RNY would be so forgiving. I'm sure your consumption isn't near what it was before surgery though.
Make sure you are getting enough Protein in.

I am going on day 3 back on track with meeting my protein and vitamin needs. Go me...lol
B - 1 oz chicken breast, 2tblspns hummus, 2 grape tomatoes, 3 carrot sticks (9g & 140 cal)
S - 1/2 banana & 1/2 fiber one bar (1.5g & 70 cal)
S - Isopure (40g & 160 cal)
L - ??
D - ??
Protein: 50.5g so far planned
Calories: 370 so far planned
Vitamins: Yup, right on track! :)
Water: 24 oz down so far
Miles: Uh, actually, I have a workout planned tonight! I have not hit the gym in about a month now with all my lovely drama. I think I will run and pound out the stress tonight.
So, that's it for today. I am so glad I posted earlier about my drama. I have felt the support and love from abroad and it felt good not to keep it all to myself. I do share with my hubby but what can he do from across the other side of the world? Good thing he'll be home in about 4 weeks.

S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S: 2 Wheat Melba Toast crackers, 1 wedge Queso Laughing Cow Lite Cheese
D: 3 ozs garlic & herb pork roast, 1 serving spaghetti squash Mac & Cheese, 1/4 cup tomatoes, okra
S: butterscotch pudding w/ 4 tbls. lite cool whip
