Menus and Miles Saturday Aug. 7th
Ugh...feel like crap. I've had a lousy day of eating.
B - protein coffee
L - 2 oz taco meat w/ olives, lettuce, 1 T 1000 island dressing
S - 1/2 c clam chowder
D - 1 chicken strip, some fries, dipped in fry sauce
S - a no-sugar-added dilly bar
I doubt it was tons of calories, but I feel like ca ca from eating high fat, carby stuff.
I did well on exercise today -- about a 3.8 mile walk/run. Part of it was up the steepest hill I have ever walked. It was a killer.
Vits/Water - doing fine
