Good Morning!
I had a successful surgery and hospital stay. Got home last night around 7:30p and got a good nights sleep. Am up sipping and using the spirometer this morning. My intestines are really rumbling this morning and I have finally been able to get rid of some of this gas! I'm still very sore, but can walk around, which helps.
Thanks for all of the swinging critteres and prayers - - - they worked!

Today has been a pretty rough day for me! Every sip hurts really bad with all of the gas bubbles I'm filled with! Walking does not help much, no position is comfortable, and I'm just in a lot more pain than I expected. Wishing I had taken the doctor up on a second night in the hospital with my beloved iv fluids and pain pump! Having a really hard time taking my meds or getting any fluids in... hoping tomorrow is better!
I posted this earlier on the vsg board, I have since taken some of my meds and eaten a popsicle and I'm feeling a little better now... hoping tomorrow is better yet!
