Here are my one year lab results.  Please let me know if you think I need to change anything.  There were two Calcium and I'm not sure I have it correct on the spread sheet.  One was Calcium, Serium 9.8 and the other was under Ca+PTH Intact 9.4.
A couple of things were high, but he said everything looked good.
BUN/Creatinine Ration, ALT (SGPT), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Plasma and Ferritin, Serum - of course my B12 shows as really high I know this is ok.

Glad the doc says you are doing well!
Not an expert on the numbers, but just wanted to give
you a little support!

Did you have an iron serum to go with that ferritin?  Ferritin
I would say is great but I see ranges toping off at 291 or 300.
So, I'm not sure what's up with that number. I still think it's good.

You might want to add more milk thistle to help with the ALT.

Not sure why the 2 calcium numbers are different. Go with the one
they did with the PTH.

I can't see current PTH in the reply screen and I've already
forgotten what it said....lower is better though.

Looks like you brought up your potassium very nicely.

Thanks Gina,
I didn't start the milk thistle.  I started the B1 complex and then was going to wait until after these labs and see what happened before I started it.  I guess I need to order some.
Do you get this from Vitalady.com?
The PTH Intact was 20 down from 41.3

I don't see an iron serum.
The only D is the Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy and it was 78.5.
No A on the labs.
I might see if my PCP will check these the next time she does labs.

That's the right D and 78.5 is very nice.

Where is your B1 and B12? I doubt your B12 is really high.  We like our
B12 to be high, between1200 and 1500 but can go as high as 2000. If
it is actually in the normal range 200-900, it is too low.

Your vitamin D and PTH are great.  Your calcium is confusing with
 2 different readings.

Your iron readings are good and your ferritin is great.  My labs range
goes up to 232 and my level was 400 and my doctor told me not to
worry about it.

You need to get a vitamin A, selenium, zinc, magnesium, copper

Thanks for looking at these.

My  B1 (Thiamine), Plasma was 24.6 - should I get something else checked?

My B12 was 1710.  I know the lab says high, but I'm not changing anything.

One of the calcium readings was under the Comp. Metabolic Panel tests and has calcium, serum 9.8.  The other was under the Ca+PTH Intact and had Calcium 9.4.

Magnesium, Serum was 2.2

I'm going to see if my PCP will do the other tests next time she wants labs.

Your B1 is fine and your B12 is perfect.  It isnt' high at all.  We want our levels to be atleast 1200-1500 and can go up to 2000. I am trying really hard to get mine as close to 2000 as I can, so far can't get over 1500 but I feel better when I am around 1800,  I wouldnt' change a thing with your B12.
