Hi Roz! Yardwork is in my near future this weekend too. I have weeds growing like crazy. Some day I should try my hand at roses. I will also be going on a good long hike or run tomorrow or Sunday. Other than that, it's getting my Quicken updated so I know how much money I can spend the rest of the month!

Hi Roz!  Better late than never...

I loved my gardens when I had them.  I had the area in front of my house that was just bushes and rockes - I pulled all them out and replaced with new bushes and flowers.  It just kept growing... then I made another raised bed out by the road... I truly enjoyed it.  It was my "relaxing" time when I would get home from work, water, deadhead and enjoy them - before anyone else got home.  I miss them....

B - 2 protein coffees
B2 - 1 egg, 2 pieces of wheat toast/butter
L - 5 teriyaki chicken wings
S - Skinny mocha latte
D - 2/3 of a cheese quesadilla and 2 beers
S - another protein drink...

vits - doing ok
iron:  not yet - but will - I PROMISE
Water:  a little behind
Miles:  walking a street sidewalk sale - was fun!  Didn't spend TOO much money...
