Tired.....
Sleep sleep sleep, then get up and get to Zumba class. For me, I think that I sleep better and feel better during the day when I exercise. I can't freakin believe I'm saying this because I'm the one that always laid on the couch until the urge to exercise passed naturally. Maybe getting out into some fresh air would help, along with a nice long nap.
I ordered some of the new Iron chews from Bariatric Advantage and they arrived yesterday. I had been severely lax on taking iron and it's not recommended by my surgeon so I didn't feel bad about it. But Gina was in my ear quietly whispering, iron, iron, iron. So I ordered them along with my calcium. YUM, now I have iron that I'm happy to take!
I hope you feel less tired today.

One reason I am happy to be getting sleeved versus RNY is there is less chance of the iron malabsorption of iron.
Have a great weekend!

Now - past experience (and yes, since I've had WLS too) is if I drink, I can get to sleep but not STAY asleep. Not seeming to have that problem lately.
But - yes, like many have said, my schedule has been messed up and I'm not getting enough sex... . Still trying to figure out how to remedy that...
So, I'm going to UP my iron (hope I do better with it than the exercise I vowed to do)... and hopefully get back on a regular sleeping schedule. Next week too I may have the screwy hours... UGH!!
