just realized=it's my 2 yr surgiversary
Happy 2nd surgiversary! There will be several of ours coming up in Sept/Oct!!!
Today I saw my daughters high school golf coach - sweet lady, always been overweight. She recognized my face, but not my body - lol. She made quite a big deal out of I was half the size I was (almost).
She asked how I did it - I told her WLS. She said she thought about it and I told her it was the best thing I've ever done. Of course she knows someone who has gained it all back.. scares the HE** out of me!!
We have to help each other through our trials and tribulations - and you've done a great job!!!!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

most folks ask me if i;ve lost 20# when in fact ive lost over a hundred. i always could carry weight well - whatever that means. you are a tiny wee pixie whereas i am a wrecking ball. i think my personality bowls people over and they never really see my physical being.
gaining the weight back is scaring me silly.
one day at a time. one mouthful at a time.

YAY!!! Happy Anniversary! You've done a great job shedding over 100 pounds and keeping them off. I hope you're very proud of yourself! Do you get to go see Dr. Baggs for a 2 year checkup? I'm seeing him on August 26th for my 6 month. I'd love to run into you there. :)
