Whoa!

This summer has been terribly busy and honestly I haven't had a ton of time to pop over here everyday. But I've still be tracking everything over at Livestrong to make sure I'm sticking to the straight and narrow... anyway.. I'll get to the point...

I'm overweight!! I didn't even know it happened!

I started this whole journey about a year ago weighing in at 280 with a 39 BMI. On Monday I weighed in at 206 and am now sporting a fancy new 28.7 BMI!

I just had to tell someone!

Congratulations! Who knew it would feel so great to be overweight, huh? LOL!

I had the same thing happen to me today. My BMI hit 29.87 today, officially overweight and no longer obese!

That's great news John!  I was so happy when my doc took morbidly obese off my chart.  Now I'm trying to get to overweight.  I was 183 this morning and need to be 174 to be a blessed overweight.  :)
