It still amazes me how little I can still eat.  Somedays when i feel stuffed like I've overeaten, I remember how I used to eat and I think no wonder I was fat....LOL

Didn't get over to weigh this week- migth still try tomorrow AM. 
I don't have a scale so use my sisters.
Nut.   has me starting Biotin & upping my protein drinks as the hair is still falling out at 6 + mos.  We'll be pulling labs in a couple of weeks to see how everything is doing and what might need more attention.

started the morning with 45 min at Curves, nice way to start the day

yogurt with flax seed and strawberries
met sister at an outlet mall and ate at Crackerbarrel...turkey w/gravy on the side and green beans
(told them not to bring bread and didn't eat the stuffing, sister did though)
protein shake in the afternoon
thinking of another shake for dinner since I'm not too hungry

the rest of my exercise today consisted of stimulating the economy!

 Hi Roz. I'm terrible about getting on here. I try, but the days just seem to fly by on summer vacation!

Breakfast: Mini Quiche 

Lunch - Chicken Breast

Snack - 1/2 PBJ

Dinner - Chicken Breast, couple bites of rice

Snack - Hummus and Pita Bread, Double Scoop Protein Drink
