Menus and Miles Thursday Aug. 5th

Good Morning Roz ! Kinda slow today. Took the morning vitamins and soon to have a shake. Taking wife (Sandy) to the hospital for her monthly infusion of MS drugs. Making Chinese tonight chicken cut in strips,yellow bell pepper, tomatoes,bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, mushrooms,bean sprouts if they are still fresh enough, garlic, shallots or maybe onions....Sandy doesn't care for them but I love onion....hoisin sauce,oyster sauce and stir fry sauce. Stir fried with peanut oil. Lunch will be at the hospital and they have wonderful soups so I hope to have that. Tried to stop my purple pill but got a touch of heartburn last night so I relented. Need to wash the car and wax it so we will see about maybe doing that later. Getting Netflix on my Ipad ....maybe not such a good idea....losing sleep by wanting to watch EVERYTHING ! Haven't lost any poundage in about a week so it's time to review the past week and
see if I can tweak something to get it started. Love you guys Thanks for putting up with my ramblings.
Well we ate at the hospital and I had a small cup of tomato soup , turkey breast, stuffing, carrots. I ate this over a two hour period. For supper we had Chinese like promised except I added snow peas and no onion and ramen style Chinese noodles. Didn't eat many noodles but had too much of the veggies. And of course I made enough for 10 people! So in the next few days when I say I ate Chinese food it will be from this. Will get in a shake and vitamins in at bed time. See ya tomorrow........

I still take my Prilosec.  It seems to help me digest food better.  If I skip it a couple of days then food seems to get stuck.

I will put down what I have had so far and fill in the rest later

Coffee - 16oz w/splenda only
B - 1 hard boiled egg, 1 oz cheese, 1/4 apple, 10 small grapes & natural peanut butter (16g & 281 cal)
L - Think Thin protein bar (20g & 230 cal)
S - Nonfat SF Cinnamon Cappuccino (venti) (8g & 80 cal)
D - 2 small beef tacos (maybe 1oz steak in each?? dunno)
S - SF jello (1g & 60 cal) 

Protein: 45g 
Calories: 800'is 

Vitamins: morning & afternoon batch done
Water: 64 oz - not too bad :)
Miles: unsure

S - double protein drink
D - the other 5 wings from last night (brought it for lunch, but ended up going out)

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

We went for pizza the other night before our kids pageant and I had 2 bread sticks and they were soooooo good!!!  I don't even think I remembered to get back on to post them.  I haven't had them for so long.

I had 2 pieces last night and wish I hadn't - I was miserable after eating the 2nd piece. 

When we went out for lunch (with ex-boss and coworkers) it was commented to me that I have a great discipline in eating only what I ate.  I didn't think so... I just told them that I was full (which I was).  I didn't want to overdo it again and ate just enough.  I guess I have forgotten the portion sizes I used to eat before.  That tells me my pouch is still small (enough anyway).  Heck - they went up 3 times for food...
