Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Today will be a nice one for me. Working a half day, lunch with an old friend then getting a manicure and massage with my sister!
B: 6 oz greek yogurt w/ 3 oz strawberries and 1 oz mixed nuts
S: 2 scoop protein shake
L: not sure, going out
S: latte
D: hamburger and mixed vegetables

I'm early today since I'm not working!
My mom is cooking all kinds of things - you just can't change them - this morning she is doing a pear cobbler - like any of us need that! Yesterday she had fixed some sugar free jello desert thing but put full sugar fruit ****tail in it, atleast she tried.
Here's todays plan
B: 1/2 cup Kashi Honey Oat Cereal, 1/4 cup ff milk, 1 tsp splenda
S: Twisted Cherry Protein Drink
L: Going out with high school friend - Olive Garden-probably Mixed Grill & bring 1/2 home
S: Lemon Tea Protein
D: Meatloaf, green beans
S: Chocolate pudding - lite whip cream
I'll try and figure the totals later today. I may try to sneak in a Decaf SF Vanilla Latte from Starbucks here since we don't have one at home.

My sister just told her last night not to fix anything else sweet that none of us need it - she gets up and does this- gotta love her!!
We don't have a Starbucks, but we do have a little coffee shop that I really like. I don't go very often anymore because I got into a habit of going every day and I needed to use those calories somewhere else so I decided to make it an every now and then treat.

I thought it was today, but I wasn't sure. Give us an update later on what they have to say.
Good for your sister, but Mom probably just wants to spoil you both...LOL I always buy Honey Barbecue chips when my girls are coming over for a get together, but I need to stop because I'm the one who finishes the bag....LOL so they I wonder...do I really guy them for my girls or is it just an excuse to buy them for me?

Good Morning! Another busy day here, but that's ok, makes it go fast. DH has been given the ok to work unlimited overtime at his new job...so I see him for 30 minutes in the morning before he leaves and that's all for the day.

S: GNC in 1.5C water
D: 1oz chicken breast tenderloin, 2tbs brown rice
S: 1/2C 1% cottage cheese
Cal: 509, Fat: 5, Carb: 22, Prot: 92
Vitamins: Done, Water: 5 C so far
Exercise: Ran 3.1 miles (in 31 minutes flat!), will do crunches & push ups too

My DD#3 works evening and her Dh works daylight. It is good for watching their son, but they don't see each other until after 10 at night. Is it going to be harder after you start working?
