Menus and Miles Wed. Aug. 4th

I rarely (well, never) plan my menu ahead of time, so I'll be posting my menus in the evening.

B - Protein Smoothie 
L - Campbell's Light Veggie Soup pureed with an ounce of cheddar
D - Fuzzy Navel Nectar Protein in Poweraid Zero
S - 1/2 cup of full fat Cottage Cheese

Calories 725
Fat 22
Carbs 43
Net Carbs 36
Protein 82

I see that I need a little more protein, so I'll probably drink another scoop of Nectar and Poweraid before bed. Not hungry because I just finished walking. Walked 40 minutes uphill and did my weight training on my legs and arms. Down two pounds today, so maybe I'm making progress. I'm sure the scale will bounce around a while before I see another loss, though.
