I'm off work the rest of the week!! We are riding to my parents today. I have my 1 year appointment tomorrow afternoon. Can't wait to see my labs.
Here's the plan.
B: 1/2 cup Kashi Honey Oat Cereal, 1/4 cup Hood Milk, Splenda
S: Decaf Coffee w/ 1/2 scoop protein
S: Twisted Cherry Protein Drink
L: Egg Salad, 2 eggs, 1 tbls lite mayo, 1 tbls dill relish, 1 WASA bread
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: No telling what my mom is cooking!!
S: ??

Fat: 39
Protein: 78
Vitamins: Morning & Afternoon Done
Water: 40 ozs so far
Miles: Does driving miles count??? 200 miles
