S - Atkins bar
L - bologna sandwich (2 pieces wheat bread, 2 pieces of thin sliced bologna and 1 slice of cheese, with 1 tbsp of miracle whip lite)
S - double protein drink (strawberry kiwi)
D - 5 teriyaki chicken wings and 2 glasses of kinda warm beer
S - 2 small glasses of a new wine I got. good!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
