I have never drunk liquids.  Before WLS, I would drink the same 20 oz.  Diet Pepsi all week long even though it was warm and flat...YUK Now

I've been trying to drink the Diet Peach Snapple and that's where I got the earge to buy a sample of the Peach Syntrax.  I just hate paying the postage.

Arrived home tlast night o a massive occular migrain setting in
Migrain pain continues and eyes very sensative.   Might be triggered by the weather, but why all of a sudden am I so sensative to that then????
Question;  did anyone else experience migrains after losing a chunk of weight?  Do you know if a lack of any vitamin/mineral might trigger these?   I had these many years ago and went through a long series of tests to find the triggers, but I can't remember what they said about that except that cheese and chocolate seemed to be culpret for me then.. Not eating much chocolate these days- but cheese- yes... would hate to have to give that up!
Just curious.

Sorry about your migrain...(((HUGS))).  I don't remember reading about any one getting migrains since they have lost weight.  Post it on the main LW board and maybe you will get some responses.

Great totals today!

Post WLS there may be a couple of triggers for migraines; hormones and dehydration. Since I have no naturally occurring hormones any longer, mine are most like from dehydration. I've been able to nip them in the bud with an OTC migraine med if I catch them early. Hope you feel better.

Hey there! Here's the menu for the day. Messed up with that stupid low carb burger!!! I am debating whether to have my second protein drink today or not -- calories will go up, but so will protein. Hmmm? Decisions.

I never worry about calories when it comes to a protein drink.  I did have to stop drink one of many favorites though because it had a lot of carbs in it.

There's a lot of protein in that low carb burger, but I would have probably just had a regular burger. Was it good?

greek yogurt with ground flax seeds
1/2 sandwich thins round w/ peanutbutter
grilled chicken with salad
tuna salad (more egg than tuna, lots of onions!) and a slice of babybell lite cheese

2 EAS protein shakes

I need to start posting early and make myself think ahead of time about what I'm going to eat, rather than reflect at the end of the day on what I've eaten...

I'm a planner. If I don't think things through ahead of time then I eat to many carbs.

I've never thought to put onions in my tuna salad, but I bet that would be good.

Are you posting on Fitday.com or dailyplate.com?  It 's really important early out to know and post your totals.  It will help you later on when you are on maintenance.
