Vitamins: Done, Water: 5 cups so far
Exercise: Ran 1.5 miles, Walked 1.5 miles, 20 minutes crunches, push-ups, etc.

I ran out of the usual chocolate protein I've been using and found an old one I had, made a double shake with it last night and felt so nauseous...yuck! I probably will throw that away b/c seems each time I use that brand I feel that way...so not worth it.

L: Chicken Saltimbocca, mixed salad greens w/ creamy dressing, few strawberries

D: Tuna salad on romaine lettuce boats

I'm with Jody - trying to use up some of my protein before ordering more. I have Twisted Cherry I'm trying to finish off - it is so sweet tasting now. I want some more Fuzzy Navel for my morning snack, but I need to finish this other first. I love my Lemon Tea - it is my afternoon treat for myself and I crave it too - can't wait until it is time to drink it. That sounds so strange!!
Here's the plan:
B: 1/2 cup Kashi Honey Oat Cereal, 1/4 cup Hood Milk
S: Decaf Coffee with 1/2 scoop Protein
S: Twisted Cherry Protein Drink
L: Small Wendy's Chili with cheese(my treat to myself) - it is so great tasting since I havent' had this in a while
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S: 1/2 cup watermelon
D: Either Eggplant Lasagna-if it is still good or grilled chicken - some vegetable
S: ??

I love crystal lite in my water. I get the Lemon Tea now and drink it alot. I do not like the Peach Tea. I like the grape, but it is really hard to find here. I very rarely drink plain water anymore.
