Menus and Miles Tuesday August 3rd
Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

I told myself I couldn't buy anymore protein until I've used up most of what I already have. My cupboard was too full... today I finished up the Roadside Lemonade, wasn't a fan of it so I won't buy it again. I have a little chocolate left for my coffee, some unflavored (which I'm not too concerned about getting rid of), and my Lemon Tea. Lemon Tea is also not a favorite, but I'll figure out a way to drink it. When that's gone I will allow myself to buy some more Nectar pink grapefruit and fuzzy navel. Those are my favorites. Of course more chocolate too... I THINK my Strawberry Kiwi is gone too - have to check. I also have a Mango I picked up from Vitamin World that is ok - I'll need to start drinking that too. Seems I drink only 1 kinda at a time - no wonder I get tired of it!
Same with Vitamins - I have SO many in the cupboard - I have to start taking the Citracel Petites and get them gone - THEN I can buy the good stuff again! I want the BA chewies...

L - hamburg with cheese (just in a container, no bun)
S - double protein shake
D - IDK - its SUCH a chore....

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I switch up every once in awhile but keep going back to my Lemon Tea. I actually crave it during the day. I like the twisted cherry, but never make it because it just doesn't satisfy me (to much like crystal lite). Love the Syntha-6 Chocolate Mint too, but I don't like the carbs in it.

I hate ordering samples too - for some reason they sound good when I order them, but when I get them, I don't want to try them - lol.
I love the syntha-6 Choc Mint too - but it has WAY too many carbs for me to use it on a regular basis. So what I do, is I put the Syntrax Chocolate in my coffee, add some SF peppermint paddy - andI make my own choc mint!!
Maybe I do have the peach something.... I need to look...

Mmmmm...the peppermint patty sounds good! I tried buying peppermint flavoring, but it was way to strong.
