 Monday:
Had a great weekend.  Went through my dresser and closet and pulled another 3 large garbage bags of clothese that no longer fit.  So between my daughters room and mine, we have 9 bags of clothes & 2 paper boxes of shoes!   Hubby will bring it to the  "clothing closet"  ministry that is run along side our church's food pantry.  3 bags are nothing but plus sized career clothing- something they are needing as they also run a counceling service to help people prepare for job interviews and placement.  Felt great to purge, felt even better knowing that some other ladies  (and kids) will be able to use these items!

(coffee)
B: Egg McMuffin (18g)
L: 1 enchalada, 1/4 cob corn, 2T black beans, 1 T chopped black olives. (25g)
S: cottage cheese & mandarine oranges (15g)
Roadside lemonade protein drink (30g)
D: Steak, ........ steamed broccoli or carrots. (25g)

Protein target: 113g -- more if I can get another protein shake in
Vitamins- on track
Water- on track

That's great that you found a good use for your clothes.  I took my dress clothes to Dress for Success because they do the same thing.  I took everything else to the Goodwill.

Yummy Menu!

Hi everyone, I'm new to this board but I like the idea of posting what i'm planning to/have already eaten.  It was the mindless eating that added on the pounds over the years.  I think I'm a lightweight. I'm 5'6" and was 244 at my highest weight and have 140 as my goal. Comorbidities were the final push to investigate surgery (sleep apnea, hypertension, diabetes) So far today I've eaten:
greek yogurt with ground flax seed sprinkled on top
strawberries
2 EAS Advantage shakes
chicken salad with baked pita chips
and planning on grilled fish, veggies and a little portion of MAC N CHEESE (I know...I know..)

I haven't hit the gym today (I do Curves and walk on altrnate days) but I have been spreading 3 & 1/2 cubic yards of decomposed granite for a patio I'm constructing in the back yard so I figure that counts. Hey it's 100 degrees here in Texas so maybe that counts double.
